Thanks guys. I'm having Akins bars at the moment - really filling.. And they have a smaller bar (150kcal) that taste like bounty :)

Confused on what to try after this week... I want a TFR but cd is 2 pricey at the moment - because I don't actually spend that much on food....

HaHa - What am I doing Sarah?? Gaining weight! That's what I'm doing! Really lost my mojo ... dunno what's going on - fed up with it :/. I AM using (wasting!) Exante stuff but I'm picking as well - soooo not like me :( x

Mmmm diet not been the best today - I've got it in my head that im staring fresh after Saturday so I'm being a bit "naughty"

Ive had a ham salad for lunch instead of a shake so not 2 bad - I'm keeping it low carb but don't really want to get into ketosis cos of the alcohol Saturday...

Diet not really doing anything at the moment... Last night out on Saturday - then back on TFR on Monday - Slim and Save I think.... I've got around 25lb to lose...

Hows your plan going?

I'm on the "I'm all talk and no action" diet! Lol. I am doing really well (for me) on upping my fitness and managing portion control and Los carb for the most part. I am pretty much maintaining - I lost a couple of pounds the first week I did JUDDD (The Johnson Up Day Down Day Diet) - I have ordered the book from the U.S. and I think it s at the base post office.

I have not weighed in a couple of weeks - but I figure I'm about the same (judging by me clothes). I will weigh July 1st and start something officially. In the meantime, I going through the Beck book (using the workbook this time), working out and drinking my water.

I want to lose at least 20 but more like 30 pounds. I would love to have a minimum of 20 off by October.
 
Just ordered a week of packs from Slim and Save..... Didn't want to go for the months worth until I have tired them.....
