I lost 6lb and I'm in total shock!!!
12 weeks in and I'm 4lb away from 3 stone!!

Wowww!! Well done!! God, this is taking me ages. How have you managed to lose that so quickly? I hope you don't think I'm being cheeky as I wouldn't want to offend you but have you got a lot of weight to lose? I'm finding it slower as I've gotten older. I'm now 40 and it's defo coming off slower.

Hiya, yeah I have atleast 10 stone to lose (starting weight was 23st 4lb) so at the moment it's coming off nicely with not much exercise.

I have a diary on here if anyone wants to pop along xxx

Lol ice cream mainly (hubby works for Kelly's and gets free ice cream!!)
I've not really snacked as much this week just bulked up my meals more xxx
 
Yayyyy!! 4lbs off this week. I'm so chuffed to be under the 16st now!! 15st12lbs now!! Was 17st 9lb when I started. I know these weights are nothing to be proud of as it's way way too heavy but at least I'm headed in the right direction! C'mon folks-we are all doing great! Round of applause to all!! Gain or loss!!
