saturday weigh in

3rd weigh in so its 2nd week on ww and im a lil bit dissapointed ive lost another 1lb so thats 5 and half in 2 weeks. so this week im going to do same as 1st week and have all my weeklies tonight (done with scoff me face chinese lol) and stick to my 29 each day. see if i see a difference before i go on hols next week x

People tend to lose alot more in their first week because of your body adjustments and water intake. Iv been doing ww for 6weeks and uv only lost 5.5
1.5 in first wk
2 in second
Put on 1.5 in third
Lost 3 in forth
Stayed the same fifth
Lost half a pound in 6th
Im pretty close to my goal but i no how frustrating it can be when you only lose a small amount. Keep with it tho u will soon see results,try and think over the whole month rather than weekly.

Sorry for thread hijacking lol, but I was planning to do a Saturday weigh in as I only started the online WW propoints yesterday. Are you going to meetings or doing it online? :D
