    Morrrrning (just)... Red day for me today.

    B: Yogurt and coffee (free)
    L: 2 huge homemade beefbugers with salad (1B for breadcrumbs in burger)
    D: Hmmmm, homemade lasagne and salad (have got friends coming over so may have to involve flexible syns)

    S: I'm guessing a few glasses of wine!!

    L: Ham, brie HE A, coleslaw 2 syns
    D: Grilled ribeye steak, roasted bns, olive oil HE B, steamed purple broccoli

    S: cake 4 syns, hot choc 1.5 syns
    E: 45 min walk
    W: 2 litres
