Say No to junk food and Yes to healthier food!

I was surprised how quick it was made. It's weird how time goes so quickly in the morning. So much easier to prep food on the night. Tomorrow will be my day ☺
 
Such good news about the boiler! ☺ definitely cooking the night before helps but as becki says cooking in batch is the so helpful if you've got the time on one day xxxx
 
Thanks everyone . Looks like I did enough chicken for two meals so there's tomorrow's lunch sorted as well .

I'm loving peanut butter as not as synful as I thought it would be and is low sugar so keeps in with low sugar plan.

Lean beef mince. Possibly chili?

Not feeling good I blow it last night with pizza . At sister in laws till late so wasn't up to making the chili.

I'd been confident all week but today woke up and felt really flabby and bloated. Really disappointed with myself.

I'm gonna wallow a bit then keep myself up the bum. Healthy lunch prepared so will be a better day.

Once wedding paid this month I'm starting a boiler fund and aim to get a new one next year.

Chili was lovely. Planning on exercise bike tonight.

Bad news boiler not working again! Seriously life give me a ********* break for once.
 
30 mins on exercise bike tonight. Feeling good about the starting the exercise again.13110 steps so really pleased.

Foodwise good so hopefully WI will be positive☺

WI today and sts. Bit disappointed but I had Friday scheduled off plan. Wednesday was an unscheduled off plan pizza so I can see where it went wrong. Gonna work really hard to lose and have very few off plan days. I can't say I won't go off plan as that's too restrictive with Christmas luring.
