Today's going well I'm determined to move them scales down.

Gas fitter is ignoring the texts messages. Definitely said would have it sorted by weekend and here we are with no boiler.
Sick of time wasters!

On a positive note 13000 steps today. Shopping for more bouquets tomorrow. ☺

Having a naughty meal out. Wetherspoon chicken burger and chips. Just seen the calories! Oh well what are Saturdays for!

Exciting times.... keep cosy hun xx

Good news is I've been junk food free for 9 days. No sugary sweeties or chocolate. Getting used to not having sweet treats. I find supermarket a hazard though. Especially the Christmas Isle it's just full of sweet junk.

Lunch
Soup and a wholemeal wrap

Tea
To be decided likely a roast at MILs.

Will be contacting gas fitter on Monday and if no response will have to get someone else. I'm really sick of the house been cold. Luckly have the fireplace but freezing everywhere else.

The biggest problem is drying clothes. We have no dryer so air clothes on airer and radiator airers but house isn't warm enough so clothes taking ages to dry.

Well done you star, I still struggle to avoid snacks :( x

Thanks hun

I still allow myself some savoury snacks such as crackers. I'm more of a sweet tooth person so banning them has helped me reduce them loads.

Headache!!!at MILs and some annoying family members yapping on. Get me out of here

Had a huge roast Sundays dinner. Soooooo full. Think I need to have a kip. ☺

At home now having a coffee and a chill out evening on the couch.
