My food diary has far too many syns spent on chocolate, sweets and crisps.
Since I lose control too often with these foods I've decided to set myself a challenge to greatly reduce my reliance on junk food. I can't say I will quit them forever but it's time to change my habits.
Feel free to join in as if I'm not a good example I can always be a terrible warning
