Say No to junk food and Yes to healthier food!

I'm using one cup pancake method. So easy.

1 large egg
1 cup of flour
1 cup of milk

Just got home from work and really want them now
 
Lent started and giving up sugary treats. Especially chocolate and sweeties. Feeling postive about it as well. I was doing well low sugar last year before Christmas. Great start in Jan but since wedding on and off. I'm ready to make a start as want weight off for Austria.

Breakfast 2 boiled eggs with applewoo cheese.

Such a filling breakfast. Haven't snacked all morning.

Bacon sarnie with rocket salad, tomatoes,lettuce

Hubby piled on the ice cream as well

Tea

Chicken curry with rice and peppers. Didn't enjoy it as wasn't in the mood for it. Been a long hard day and fed up.
 
Been doing my home visits today so loads of walking done. Although I'm knackered now.

I'll be up at crack of dawn tommorrow to take relatives to coach pick up point. Not looking forward to it. I'm not a morning person! ☺

Will be on the coach myself next month so it will be a practice to get up early.

Next month coach trip to Wales for a long weekend to visit family has been booked. Really looking forward to it.

I'm usually sat at desk as well but fortnightly or weekly tend to go on visits. It breaks up the day better.
 
Fantastic steps today. Not as much fast walking but I'm still very happy.

My nan grandad and aunt now live in North Wales but do not come from there. But lived there for many years so I guess they are Welsh now☺
 
Work was hectic today. Usually quiet on a Friday but today the phones never stopped. Foodwise been good today but have appetite of a horse.

Been spending time tonight Changing my name with companies. Didn't realise how many there were to sort.
