Foodwise been okay today but struggling to keep on track.

Bbq chicken melt baguette for lunch. Naughty.

Chicken rice and peppers in tikka seasoning.

Started wearing dynamo again to measure steps.
 
Today's been good resisted loads of sugary junk so feel I'm slowly getting there.

nearly 12000 steps yesterday!☺☺

Foodwise a fab weekend. The best one in a long time. No sugary treats at all. Made my own beef and mixed herb burgers.

Had a meal out on Saturday and had chicken skewers. Mmm

Today I'm a gannet and can't stop eating!

Today is a bit better. Although I've still eaten two packets of crisps. Decided I'm not gonna buy any more. I really can't be trusted around them.

Going well today. A better nights sleep so full of energy
 
Doing sw but with less sugar. No sugary treats as they lead me astray. Not saying I won't have a treat but not for a couple weeks as need a boost. Junk messes with my mood and energy levels.

After a shaky start with crisp binge feeling good about it. Not picking at food as much today. Just eating when hungry.
