Say's Food Diary!

I've decided to plan ahead and stick to it. I need to plan my days at work since I'm normally really really good during my weekend! I need to kick start these losses again. Going to try for 4 days of green since I love carbs and they stop me craving the naughties and I used to lose so well all the time.

Sunday:

Breakfast: Strawberries, Grapes, Total 0% yoghurt/Mullerlight (if 0% yoghurt then 1 syn for tsp honey), 1 x Alpen Light bar (1/2 HeB)

Midmorning: Costa small hot choc skinny (2 syns - milk from allowance)

Lunch: Noodles, mixed veg (stir fry pack) Teriyaki Sauce (1.5 syn per tbsp) Chicken (57g cooked = HeB) velvet crunch 4 syns

Dinner: Pasta in Sauce with added veg (Maybe Cheese from HeA)

Snacks: 1 x Alpen Light Bar (1/2 HeB), Cups of Tea (Milk from HeA)

Evening: Hot Chocolate (2 syns) squirty Cream (1 syn)

Syns = 11.5 syns


Monday:

Breakfast:
Strawberries, Grapes, Total 0% yoghurt/Mullerlight (if 0% yoghurt then 1 syn for tsp honey), 1 x Alpen Light bar (1/2 HeB)

Midmorning: Hot chocolate (2 syns)

Lunch: Couscous (tomato) with added veg, peppers, green beans, baby corn, parsley (2 syns for prepacked couscous)

Snack:
1 Alpen Light (1/2 HeB)

Dinner: Chicken Risotto (85g HeB) Risotto Rice, Sugar Snap Peas, Green Beans.

Evening:
Hot Chocolate (2 syns) squirty Cream (1 syn)

Spare = 7 syns


Tuesday:


Breakfast: Strawberries, Grapes, Total 0% yoghurt/Mullerlight (if 0% yoghurt then 1 syn for tsp honey), 1 x Alpen Light bar (1/2 HeB)

Midmorning: Hot chocolate (2 syns)

Lunch: Jacket Potato, Baked Beans, 42g RF Cheese (HeA)

Dinner:
Stir fry with quorn Chicken style pieces and Teriyaki Sauce (2 syns for 1.5 tbsp)

Snacks: 1 Alpen Light (1/2 HeB) Hot Chocolate (2 syns) Squirty Cream (1 syn)

Spare = 7 syns


Wednesday:


Breakfast: Strawberries, Grapes, Total 0% yoghurt/Mullerlight (if 0% yoghurt then 1 syn for tsp honey), 1 x Alpen Light bar (3 syns)

Midmorning:
Hot chocolate (2 syns)

Lunch: Pasta in sauce with added veg/JP with beans and Cheese (HEA)/Noodles, mixed veg (stir fry pack) Teriyaki Sauce (1.5 syn per tbsp) Chicken (85g = HeB)

Dinner:
Chicken/Beef Risotto (HEB), Risotto Rice, Sugar Snap Peas, Green Beans.

Snacks: 6 syns so far without teriyaki sauce/7.5 syns with. Hot Choc (2) Cream (1)


The mid-morning hot chocolate is to stop me heading to costa. Since everyone else on my head heads over there at about 11am-ish. Class 101 in not being left out ;)


Fingers crossed I can stick to it and see at least 1lb off on wednesday morning!

Wheee ok, so after having 2 weeks off plan and just having what I wanted and when (but making the best choices out of what's available) I've managed a gain of just +1lb. I'm rather chuffed with that and enjoyed it too! :D

Back on plan now!

Today!

Breakfast:
Fiber Plus Bar (HeB)

Lunch:
Pasta with broccoli, carrots, sweetcorn and peas with cheese sauce (5 x Laughing cow light and a dash of milk from HeA)

Snack:
Carrot baton's and RF houmous (60g - 5.5 syns)

Dinner:
SW Fish and Chips (Cod as HeB) and vegetables


Hea = Milk in tea
Hea = 5 x Laughing cow for lunch
Heb = Fiber plus bar for breakfast
Heb = Cod for dinner.

Syns so far 5.5

Mid morning
- Small skinny hot choc (6)

Lunch:
Jacket Potato and baked beans, 5 x Light Laughing Cow (HeA)

Snack: Baxter's Spicy Parsnip Soup (1/2 the can = HeB)

Dinner:
SW Chips, 42g grated cheese and Extra LF Mayonnaise (1)

Supper:
Options Hot Chocolate (2) Squirty Cream (1)
