Ok! Time for a fresh start! Here we go!

Breakfast: Porridge made with water and abit of milk, Honey on top.

Snack: Apple/Grape snackpack and a cup of tea in town.

Lunch: Turkey Rasher Sandwich (2 turkey rashers, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, ELF mayonnaise)

Snack: Two cups of tea

Dinner: SW Chips, Baked Beans and Egg
Pudding: Rice Pudding
Small slither of carrot cake

Before bed = Options Hot Chocolate with remainder of healthy a

I was planning on being sooo angelic, we went into the city to do the food shopping and grabbed a few things from M&S ... on the way out we ended up getting carrot cake from the sandwich units... we refrained on eating them until later on. Popped onto Body Optimising to find out that the whole thing was worth 14 syns! I was expecting 30, woohoo!

So angelic today that I sliced it up into 4 pieces and had a small piece for 3.5 syns, totally worth it!

Breakfast: Toast (1 slice 1/2 healthy b), egg and baked beans with mushrooms

Snack: Cups of tea and muller light

Lunch: Mushroom Risotto with baby sweetcorn, onion and 1 x Turkey Rasher
Pud: slither of M&S carrot cake

Snacks (for the cinema) Grapes and Melon, 15g bag of popcorn (3) <Didn't have any of this!>

Dinner: Chicken, noodles and veg

Evening: 1 slice of toast with marmalade. Muller light and 1/2 fibre plus bar

Dinner: M&S Vegetable Curry with a jacket potato

you sure your banana cake is only 4 syns? i know when i make it even the smallest slice is 10 syns

No problem! Just keep an eye on it I found 20 minutes before putting foil on it was a tad too long and it was a darker brown than wanted!

Breakfast: Porridge with a dash of milk and water, honey (1 tsp)

Mid-afternoon: Medium Skinny hot chocolate from Costa

Lunch: left over baked bean pie with potato and cheese

Mid-Evening: Mullerlight and a banana

Dinner: Slimming world chips and rest of cheese

I see a big lack of vegetables today, but I've just wanted stodgy food and it's all within a green day, will have more tomorrow!

Feeling very under the weather at the moment, there seems to be a flu/bug/cold going around the office (geeks and aircon :() I feel the urge for some orange juice, I might pick up some on the way to work.

I have 24 syns to last me Wednesday and until I weigh in when I get up on Thursday morning. So abit of an under the weather scoff but all within syns!

100% days = 6 - heck it's within syns it's 100% day!

Ok, life totally got in the way the last two days and it's my birthday tomorrow. There will be no cake! But I do have a half day at work so I don't need to worry about taking lunch in! \o/ Did try to make the best choices for the last two days so here we go again, need to get under the 16stone mark.

Starting again today!

Lunch: Pot Noodle in a Mug, Chinese Chicken with a cup of tea. Apple and grapes for after

Dinner: Rice with chicken, mushrooms and 1 potato chopped into wedges!

2 banana foam sweets!
