Hi guys im back :)

I've been trying to do every diet under the sun and just cant stick to them, so back to cc i come.

For those who don't know me, my name is Sarah, im 32, married to Carl and got a gorgeous 3yr old boy called callum. I've been a member of slimming world where i got down from 15st 5lbs to 13st 5lbs, then we went to zante and i went off track for about 5weeks and just can't get back on it, i am now back in the 14's but will know my definite start weight when i get up ( still laid in bed cause hubby has gone to work and callum is asleep so enjoying a lay down reading minis) so that's me, and this is day one, again! ;-) xxx
 
My little boy is poorly and being very clingy so I've only managed a quick tidy up so that going to have to be classed as exercise for today.

I've had spc k cereal and orange juice for breaky and we are having spag bol for tea so just got to decide what to have for lunch so that i will leave some calories spare for a few martini and diet lemonade tonight :)
 
Im quite proud of myself, i made spag bol for tea yesterday then we had some of my family round for drinks, it happens nearly every weekend and is usually my downfall because i love lager and drink too much of it, then binge on fatty food, but i stuck to martini and diet lemonade all night & i had 1800 cals which is brill for a Saturday.
We are going xmas shopping in a bit so will prob grab some lunch out then im suppose to be making a roast chicken dinner but that could change depending how long we are out, but as long as i stay under maintenance cals and eat between 1200-1500 during the week, i think i should get a loss next Saturday, happy Sunday.xx

Callum is still poorly, he's woken up the last few nights in coughing fits bless him, he's not been going to nursery and he won't be going today. He's bunged up, wish i could have it instead of him.
I've been good though and stayed in my cals, i had 1248 on Sunday and 1370 yesterday,im more than happy with that. :) just need to keep it up.x
 
Callum is still coughing like an old man and snotty as owt (soz tmi) so i e not been doing any exercise at all. But I've been good, had a slip up on Monday night and ate a tiny bit of Carl's leftover fish + chips but id got loads of cals left so should be ok, yesterday i had 1533 cals, i think im doing ok with it, but i will know more on weigh day :) x
 
My dinner was gorgeous, i marinated a chicken breast fillet in bbq seasoning, and baked them in oven,chopped a onion and bacon into little bits and dryfried them then piled it on top of the chicken and sprinkled with cheese (melted) & served it with actifry chips, beans and a garlic bread slice :) and I've only had 1473 cals today, really hope i lose on Saturday, i think i should have because i feel thinner.x

Im not a great cook cas, before i did slimming world i used to make things like fish fingers and oven chips, & wouldn't touch raw meat, Carl had to do it all, then i had callum and finished work i thought id better take over the cooking and just started trying to make things, and now ill try a go at anything :) but im still not very good. I really do hope i get a loss on wi :) xx
 
Just had a sneaky peak on scales, i was 14st and quarter pound on Sat, i got on,on Monday after my good weekend and was 13st 13 & a quarter, which i was really cuffed with, I've just got on now and im still what i was on Monday, thought i would have lost more because i feel thinner in my belly :( that's pissed me off a bit! X

Well so much for going to sw, I've been not quite sure if i want to do the diet as i loved ccing but was gonna do it for mum's sake, but she's been shopping today and bought loads of ready meals! I don't think she gets the diet at all, so im sticking with cc and im gonna get weighed tomoz on my scales like i had planned. And do my own thing. We wouldn't have been going to group next week anyway because mum is out for lunch with her cousin and there's usually wine involved.

Yesterday i had 1473 cals :)
 
Wi this morning, 14st and half a pound so put 1.5 on since Thursday and quarter of a pound since last Sat, but Thursday night we had Chinese and last night had pizza and chips! Got to give up with the takeaways.x
