Scales finally moving!!!

ah, my parents have the same scales as my CDC, will weigh myself tomorrow morning as I have to go there and I can see how im getting on.

I am desperate to lose 7lb by friday - then I will be in the 19's!!!!! 20stone is a massive barrier for me - I always seem to get stuck around 20st 5lb - I am 20st 6 at the mo (or was on wednesday). I will break this barried this time! Then i shall fly through the teens

Im sure you will do it and then you can celebrate with a nice chilled glass if water.

May be we should have an online party if we break through at about the same time.
