28g Porridge Oats ( 1 healthy B or 5 syns )
15g Sweetner
1 tbsp Dark Treacle ( 2 syns )
1 tsp Cinnamon
Break scan bran into small pieces and sprinkle with hot water. Leave for a few mins then break up with a fork till it looks like breadcrumbs. (add more water if needed ). Stir in porridge oats, cinnamon, sweetner and treacle. Mix in beaten eggs and stir well. pour into a greased tin and cook for about 25 mins at 180 'c , gas 5.
