You're welcome! I think it makes you in a better frame of mind to do things like this when you feel good about yourself!

I've decided to go back on ss when I get back from holiday, seeing my cdc on 25 Sept, I'll then work my way up the plans near the 8 week mark and come off cd if needs be until after the procedure!
