Scone

Was at a meeting there and as I was running late didnt have any breakfast So I decided to have a scone, now these scones are quite humongous so only had the top half. Have looked up plain scones online and it says 60g scone is 11 syns. Is it ok if I syn this half at 5.5syns?

Was going to say exactly the same thing - if in doubt, assume higher rather than lower....
