Second day

    Hi I have three stone to loose and on second day all going well so far but feeling really tired today tried dining loads of different diets fingers crossed I will stick to this one as feeling very down about my weight as I'm only 5ft any tips would be good my worse time is evenings when kids are in bed I've seen people on here doing the 5/7 plan is that when You have the four shakes mon to Friday then eat low cal at weekends ??

    Not sure what the 5/7 plan is but there's a 5:2 plan where you fast for 2 days out of 7. I'm only 5ft tall too, started at 14st 9lbs and looked awful. I'm 12st now and still have another 3 to go. After about day 3 or 4 you should stop feeling so hungry x

    Hi hun, I'm an evening eater too so I tend to hold out as long as possible all morning just drinking tea and water and not have any packs til 10 at the earliest... Preferably 12!! And then space them out accordingly through the day. Always making sure I have a shake left to have hot before bed. You can have some sugar free jelly - that helps if you feel like a snack attack. Or on the lifestyle plan spread out your protein/veggies so you can have a few bits to nibble on.
    Maybe do the squat challenge that's on here in the evenings and tick it off everyday. That way when you've done your squats you'll feel rubbish if you then gorge on naughty things ;) weird psychological thing!!
    Bubble baths, paint nails, catch up on emails with old friends. Etc etc. keep distracting yourself and after the first week it'll become easier.

    (* hartleys sugar free jelly sachets that you make up - each sachet should make 4 portions :) ) Xx

    Thankyou for replying back will defo get some jelly tomorrow I've heard that the tesco diet cream soda is also ok to have so am getting some of that too trying to stick to 4 packs a day but might throw the odd lifestyle in too xx

    Day three going well have still got one shake to have been out most of day so I find it helps to keep busy xx how are you doing ?? X

    Thankyou just got to keep thinking why cheat I've got this far !! Got nasty taste in mouth so hopefully ketosis has set in xx
