Second week results.

W1: 7lb loss
W2: 6lb loss

I am almost 6foot tall so instead of having 4shakes I have 2 shakes and a cambridge eat easy meal. I am very active in my job also.
I am to drink 3-4 litres of water a day plus black coffee and ice cubes in my shakes.

I would like to loss another 2 stone.
 
That's really amazing! Well done you.

You're doing way better than I on your second weigh in that's for sure x
