Servings in a tin?

Hello Guys n Gals
I wanted to start slim fast and saw it on offer in Boots yesterday and wondered how many shakes can we expect to get frm a tin???
Plus any tips wud be app

Hi 42, I am pretty sure I get 11 meals from a tin. I struggle to get the last bit out so usually add that to a new tin.

The first day is the hardest. It does get easier! I have lost 8lbs in my first week so it works! Xx
