Setting a goal weight...

There is a chart on their site if you have access, and a bmi calculator. You could google a healthy weight chart too.
SW are flexible with target weights though and will allow you to set your own (as long as it's not too low) even if it's in the higher bmi range

Slimming World doesn't make you stick to BMI charts to set your goals tbh

I set mine as 8st 5lb but I ended up being size 8 at around 10st something! Which is weird, so I lowered my target to 9st 5 :) I'm happier with that, you have to see what you're comfortable at! I've been told by doctors and nurses alike that I shouldn't lose anymore as I'm "very thin" LOL to me, I feel fab :) I have a healthy and normal BMI :D I used to be classed as obese!

You might not be able to attend meetings hun but you could join Body Optimise, the online version of SW?

That said, you can set your target at whatever you like. A lot of people use bmi as a guide but some use clothes size and some use a number. Others take it as it comes and set it when they feel good!
