Can someone tell me if this breakfast will cost me many points on SF day?

Swiss Bircher

50g porridge oats
50g low fat natural yogurt
50 ml) skimmed milk
1 banana
1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped
Blueberries/strawberries/any other fruit you like

Mix the oats, yogurt and milk in a large bowl. Mash the banana, slice the strawberries or crush the blueberries slightly with a fork. Mix everything together, cover and leave in the fridge overnight
 
If it's yoghurt like total 0% I think its free/0pp, hope this helps, welcome
