Hiya

I've been Sole Sorcing since the 29th May, and I am so desperate to eat something - but I'm quite nervous as to whether it will affect my weight loss? I bought some salad and I was thinking of having tuna (i've been craving tuna).

Will i feel more hungry after eating? Will it kick me out of ketosis?

Any advice will be appreciated.

Have you eaten the bars yet? if so are they not really doing it for you lol

I have tuna as part of ss+ and deffo in ketosis as never ever hungry

Up to you really could have it as part of a ss+ day and cut out a meal?

Hiya

Yes, I do eat the bars - but today and yesterday i've been hungry (for some reason).

I feel silly for being nervous, but at the moment I'm just feeling miserable!

A few days ago there was a thread on year about all the salad and veg you can eat (I would look in the book but my mother in law borrowed it!). And i want balsamic vinegar too!

Not sure what to do to be honest.

Personally, i'd eat it but then im safe in saying that as ive been having 'food' from day 1 .... as part of ss+ and STILL losing weight

Balsamic is ok too! i have that :)

If you are 100% certain this wont lead to other food temptations then have the tuna, at least its ok!

if its in ss+ go for it.... no point in being hungry just glug plenty too!

Yep, agree with the others, though do use the quantities set out in the book. Too much salad could knock you out of ketosis. Too much tuna could effect your weight lossses.

The amounts set out for SS+ will be fine :)
