Trainee Human On Board
Today aside from the great weigh in hasn't been great. This morning's hot choc mint went down the sink as it just tasted wrong. Had a tetra at lunch time. This evening I just feel vile, I've had a headache since 1pm despite taking painkillers, and I feel quite nauseous. I couldn't face another shake so had a small pieces of plain chicken. It has helped my stomach, but I'm now racked with guilt!
