Shooting pains in stomach

Hi there,

i am at the end of day 8 SS and I have shooting pains in my tummy anyone else experienced this? I'm a Bit worried

Hi x I used to get these type of symptoms, particularly after a tetra pack. It was put down to constipation and not getting enough fluids.

i ended up with a severe viral infection so I've had to come off plan until I'm better
