Ladies, I ve finally convinced myself I want to start but before I did I have drunk 3 cups of coffee with skimmed milk and 2 sugars per cup, would be more sensible to start afresh tomorrow rather than now?
not to worry, regroup and replan - officially start tomorrow! Meanwhile you can start now, and don't go overboard with a last -minute binge, eat sensibly and try not to have any more sugar or fat or carbs. No last minute dash to McDonalds please
But maybe don't weigh yourself tomorrow expecting a loss!
