I'm at the end of week 6 and have started to struggle since AAM week. I did lose 3 pounds that week, so not bad, but trying to get back onto SS since has been very difficult. All week I've had 4 packs a day rather than 3, and have now decided that the AAM is as many calories as 1 pack so, for now, am having an AAM evening meal.

    Any advice?

If i swop to 790 will it set me back a massive amount or just a few weeks?

Is it the slippery slope to getting off the diet?

    Any advice?

You could do constant AAMW or 790cal. as longs as you stil to the portion amount your'll be fine.Talk to your CDC I'm sure they will have a suggestion.
