I'm at the end of week 6 and have started to struggle since AAM week. I did lose 3 pounds that week, so not bad, but trying to get back onto SS since has been very difficult. All week I've had 4 packs a day rather than 3, and have now decided that the AAM is as many calories as 1 pack so, for now, am having an AAM evening meal.
Any advice?
If i swop to 790 will it set me back a massive amount or just a few weeks?
Is it the slippery slope to getting off the diet?
