Hi guys,

back from swimming and feeling grrreat!! Didnt do aqua as i continually swam for 40mins then went for a sauna :)

everyoneis so positive, im loving it!!! Its makes me feel so motivated :)

Do you think 21lbs is unrealistic for me? Dont want to over estimate and under achieve for the sake of the team ;)

Sunshine: Can you add i want to stay 100% and go swimming at least twice a week :)

That's updated for you. I did think about mentioning that is a lot to lose. The average a month on ss is 1 stone :) But then we all lose at different rates which is why I didn't say anything :)

If you want to change it let me know hun. Totally up to you xxx

Dione I've put myself down for 21lbs as well, fingers crossed :cross:go for it girl.

Only one prob at the moment, the OH has come home from Cornwall and brought with him 4 of the biggest pasties I have ever seen, when I picked him up they were still warm and filled the car with aroma. Now everytime I head to the fidge to fill up with water they are staring at me. Ok I know they are for supper with friends tomorrow evening, not me I add, but really dont know if my will power will last that long. Thing I might take them to my neighbour to look after, she's a vegetarian!!
 
Okay done. You can always see how you go and we can change your target at any time. Just as long as you're happy with it. It's gonna be a fab challenge. Just think how much smaller we'll all be by the end of the summer.

Nothing tastes as good as slim feels. You're doing so so well with your first week, don't throw all your good effort away for a pastie! no no no!

LOL LOL LOL . That's hillarious but well done! Sniffing is good. :) I actually found smelling my oh's food really comforting in the first few weeks.

Thanks sunshine, i am so going to do it :) You guys are all a great inspiriation, kick me up the butt when needed and help me to feel strong so i am going to prove i can do it :)

Confessions of a hormonal sinner

Well my pre-menstrual hormones got the better of me - need I say more. Have thought about it and analysed whether it was emotional eating or proper hunger and have concluded that it was hormonal eating. P'd off with myself but not distraught. And now (an hour and a bit later) feel slightly sick. Serves me right.:copon:

So, back on track. I'm going to write my Everything August goals to refocus me...

Lose 10lbs (got a couple of planned weekends off, so that's why I'm not going for the stone)
Wii fit for 30mins at least 4 times a week.
Use body firming cream every day
DO NOT BLIP outwith planned time off!

Sorry for cheating, Shrinks. I hate hormones :(
