Day 20 for me and 3rd weigh in - lost 1.4llbs which I was quite pleased with until I got home and found I've been invited to a school reunion in 5 weeks time. Last time they saw me I was a size 10 and 3 and half stone lighter. At this rate the best I can hope for is a size 14 if I'm lucky. I really wish they would wait until I'm at my goal weight. I know that it was 20 years ago but I also know everyone will be looking at everyone else to see how they've aged, who'se 'let themselves go' etc. Arghhhhh I'm wondering if I get squeeze myself into some magic underwear for the occasion. I think I should take the cellophane off my davina workout DVD at least.

Whilst I still have big boobs maybe I should go for the distraction technique. I kind of feel that with a good push up bra nobody even notices the sizw of my bum! lol
I know what you meant FFBT about not having the 3rd shake. There's been a few days I haven't had one and it's definitely surprised me that I don't want it given how few calories we take in. The joys of ketosis I guess! lol
I've split them in the past, but hadn't thought of splitting them to make sure I eat them all - sounds like it's worth a shot (especially when I'm at work as that's when I seem to struggle most with them).
