In an attempt to make sure i am not pointing myself incorrectly, I have decided to write down anything that shall pass my lips.

After my weight gain on my 1st week, i have decided to limit my fruit intake; ate rather a lot last week!!

Please feel free to comment and tell me off for pointing things wrong; need all the help I can get lol :)

Monday

Breakfast

It really Is lush!! I melt it in microwave for 10 secs to soften it up before I pour it over fruit, so yummy and very filling

Have sent myself to bed!! Not hungry but if If i stay up, I'll want a cheeky vodka which will then tempt me to eat something tasty ?!?

Prevention is the key.. Lol

Have resisted going into kitchen for tasty treats, have taken myself to bed! Good plan me thinks.

After a day in work! have been good food wise but plans of running tonight have gone right out the window the moment I put the bottle of rose in the fridge to chill?!? :eek:
