In an attempt to make sure i am not pointing myself incorrectly, I have decided to write down anything that shall pass my lips.
After my weight gain on my 1st week, i have decided to limit my fruit intake; ate rather a lot last week!!
Please feel free to comment and tell me off for pointing things wrong; need all the help I can get lol
