Tomato, pepper and onion soup
Supper:

Cheese omelette (HexA)
Heinz BBQ beans
2 x wholemeal bread (HexB)

Thursday 12th September (Red)

Evening all! Well I've jsut got back from kettlebells and now I'm pooped - I guess it's got to be doing me some good though right?! Doesn't feel like it at the moment, lol! :D

I'm having major issues with my laptop at the moment - it won't come on half the time, and when it does, if I shut it down again it won't come on again. It's not a problem with the battery or charger, so I think there's ome loose connection somewhere in the laptop itself. I'm going to drop it in somewhere saturday morning hopefully, and see what they say. That means I may not be online much for the next few days, although my mum and dad have said that if I meet them in Carmarthen Saturday afternoon I can have their laptop as they've hardly used it since it was bought. I backed up all my documents and music over the summer luckily, so that's on my external hard drive at my parents house too. So not too much of a panic at the moment! Let's just hope it doesn't cost a fortune to fix as I'm not very well off at the moment until pay day! :(

Friday 14th September (EE)
Afternoon all! Well I'm pleased to announce I lost 1.5lb this week! :bliss: I'm not quite sure how after vodka-gate at the weekend, but I'm not going to argue, lol! :D That's kept me on track for a 1.5lb loss per week...yay!

My laptop seems to be behaving itself at the moment - which is both a good and bad thing. I can't help thinking how long is it going ot be until it stops working again. I took it into a PC shop, and annoyingly it worked so they couldn't do anything as it was working at the time. Must have looked like a right idiot, but the guy in there was very nice and didn't try to fleece me out of money for nothing :)

A bit of a buffet at work - I'm going to allow my HexB + 10 syns (didn't eat any of the sausage rolls or really unhealthy stuff!)

Saturday 15th September (EE)

Afternoon all! Well I went to Carmarthen to meet my parents for lunch, so we ended up going to Harvester. I had the simply chicken, with no butter on the peas, roasted flat mushrooms and the salad bar. I feel very virtuous! :D It was also very filling, so I'm going to have to think of something less filling for tea tonight :) I'm also going to attempt drinking in moderation again tonight, lol! Let's hope the attempt is an improvement on last Saturday! :D

Harvester simply chicken
Roasted flat mushrooms
Salad bar - 3 syns as had a tiny amount of the potato salad (like two tiny bits!)
FF vinaigrette - 1 syn

EL spread - 2 syns
Fried egg
Bacon
Mushrooms
Ketchup - 1 syn

Snacks:

Uncle Bens chicken savoury rice - 2.5 syns (I was hungry when I came in from my night out!)

Oooo, meant to say I've bought my dress for the Christmas party today! It's loooooooovely! And even if I lose another stone (my aim by Christmas) it won't be too loose. It was on sale today, so it was more of a bargain than expected! :)

Sunday 16th September (EE)

Afternoon! Not a huge amount to report today so far...I'm busy filling in an application form for a Chemistry job in Abergavenny. It would be a bigger school (approximately 1100, so double the school I'm in), and there's more people in the department, so more opportunity for promotion at a later date. Abergavenny's lovely as well, so keep your fingers crossed I get an interview and I then get the job :)

Breakfast:

None as I needed to go to the supermarket and I couldn't be bothered to get up early, haha!

Lunch:

2 x wholemeal bread
EL spread - 2 syns
Lemon curd - 3 syns
Banana

Supper:

Roast pork (going to try to resist the crackling!)
Jacket potato
Syn-free soft cheese I made yesterday
Baby carrots
Broccoli

Snacks:

3 x vodka and soda - 7.5 syns (hardly a snack, but there was nowhere else to put them, lol!)

I hope you also have a good week hun! Thanks for the good luck wishes - I'm refusing to get my hopes up too much as I'd actually really like this job, and I don't want to be too disappointed if I don't get it. There's loads of inspiration in the food diaries section for EE meals...I have to say I'm a little bit boring as I tend to eat similar things a lot of the time, but then I'm usually either really tired or busy in the evening and can't be bothered too cook much! xx

Thanks for the congratulations and good luck wishes - both are much appreciated! I need to pop into diaries to do some catching up...it feels like it's been a busy weekend, and with my laptop playing up the task of working on a computer is far from frustrating, lol! xx
