Monday 4th March (EE)

Tomorrow's food plan is as follows:

Breakfast:

Banana
2 clementines

Lunch:

Vegetable soup with turkey
Bread with EL spread (HexB + 2 syns)
RF cheddar (HexA)

Supper:

2 x small pork loin chops
New potatoes
Eggs baked in field mushrooms
Ketchup - 0.5 syns

Snacks and drinks:

Alpen light - 3 syns

Supper:

3 x wholemeal bread with laughing cow (1.5 HexB + 0.5 HexA)
RF cheddar (1.5 HexA)

Snacks and drinks:

Alpen light - 0.5 HexB

Supper:

I'll probably have some of the buffet at work (we have yet another parents evening), but will try to stick to using both HexBs and HexAs and minimal syns

Alpen light - 0.5 HexB

Hey honey, how was parents eve? You are so good having scrambled egg on toast after a night out - much less syns than burger/kebab and chips! I'm still to make the paella as I was poorly at the weekend so didn't have me Ma over but it's still on the list to make! Xx
 
Friday 8th March (EE)

Evening ladies! Thank you all...I was dead chuffed this morning! :D I'm determined to have another good week this week...I'm still on track to lose 10lb by my graduation I think! I had a piece of cake today though, hmmm! Oh well, I'll just syn it and reduce syns for the week accordingly :) I'm not planning on drinking this weekend, so I should be ok :)

Chicken caesar salad - 5 syns?
Small piece of cake - 15 syns?

Supper:

Turkey casserole - 3 syns

Aaaarrrggghhhhhhhhh!!!! I've had such a terrible couple of days!! I've completely binged on everything to the point I nearly feel sick...I must have had at least 200 syns easily! :eek: :cry: The worst thing is, I don't even know why I've binged! :eek: There was me hoping for a good week...I'll be lucky not to put about 10lb on this week at this rate!! :(
