silken tofu

maypole

loves to eat
Apologises if this has already been posted but I know that there a recipe or two floating around here using it & as it's not online I called the syns hotline today & checked & good news it is free :D. I seem to remember there was some debate before I went to OZ

The product itself is syn free but the debate is about whether it constitutes food abuse if you use it to make a cake or pudding. There have been differing responses from SW HQ.

Eek, really? Chocolate mousse from silken tofu is one of my staple SW puds. Isn't that the sort of thing silken tofu is intended to be used for? It's far too mushy to use like you would regular tofu. I've only ever used it to make deserts and I've never noticed it effect losses...
