Silly Question?

I am using my fitness pal and have input my calories intake and the exercise I have done for the day which takes my usual 1200 calories to over 1600 calories. Do I have to eat those and if I don't will it affect my weightloss? Just feel like I'm eating to make up the calories that exercise has burned. Any help would be greatly appreciated folks :)

Hi Jen,
No I wouldn't eat them unless I was really hungry,if you don't eat them it might speed up your weightloss abit,I try never to eat the calories I've burned unless desperate and then I'll let myself use the extra for a snack.

Ahh thank goodness for replying, was just about to go raid the cupboards! Was just unsure of what to do as I have heard some people say you have to eat the calories but felt it was a bit much. I will try and not eat them then and just use them as you say if I'm feeling like I really need to eat something. Thanks again
