Why am I so weak at times?!
I've gone over my 395 cals- had some gherkins(about 6) 100g of cottage cheese and 2 bits of garlic bread. I was sooo hungry! I've been out walking with the dog today and about to do 30 mins of kettlebells, does anyone think the extra cals will make a difference or will
The exercise cancel them out?

Have you included your exercise levels in the juddd calculator? I'd say kettleworx
Would be fairly intense exercise

9 lost : 58 to goal

Nah because I've only recently started doing them again so didn't include them in calculations. It is an intense workout for sure! So if I added them my allowance would be slightly higher i guess? Maybe I've not blown it then!

Seriously SITC, it really won't make a difference BUT if it does, it'll be the six gherkins that swung it ... ;)

Adding your exercise to the calc actually makes a big difference to the dd allowances

Thanks for letting me know that Fizzyfluff, I think I'll re- calculate then as I'm doing exercise most days now( at least I have been since Monday!)

Ha that would have been the sensible thing rather than stuffing it down my gob!( the 5 bits I ate were the last of it!)

Garlic bread has SO MANY Calories, it's SCARY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Feeling a bit better as had a good few swings of the kettlebell, lots of ab work and planking and going to take dog out another walk before bed. Probably burned off 1 slice!

Can't u make today an id?

Yeah I could I'd just rather not!:) I vowed to stick 100% to DDs this week but didn't quite manage it today.
Think I'll make tomorrows UD an ID day instead as have wedding all day on Friday.

How many cals do people have on an ID? Is it around 1200?
