Guys I've just caught up on all the posts, had a busy old day! Hope everyones DDs were better than mine! :(
Here's what I've had( it's not pretty)
About 1/8 of Lidl lasagne
Big bowl of carrot, red lentil and butternut squash soup( homemade)
Quarter of veg lidl pizza
Couple of red grapes
About 7 chocolates :(
1 cupcake( just the sponge)but then licked the spoon as I was decorating it.
No idea how many
Cals???
Ahhhhhhh, I've felt like s%*t all day and been out driving round schools handing in my cv trying to get myself some work( got 2.5 days in Seltember) was at job centre first thing and they mucked up
My appointment so i was sitting for about 45 mins. My heads been pounding and its been really muggy so
I've been all sweaty and yucky! I think
I'm still hungover from Saturday night and I'm annoyed at myself for being a greedy guts with food/ drink. RANT OVER! Sorry for being a miserable cow!

Going to bed- best place for me lol

Days like this are bound to happen occasionally. The best thing about this diet is you can start afresh next day and still have the chance to lose weight! Also, i am the queen of rant so you carry on if you meed to, but i have a feeling you will do just fine today :) xx
 
Big hugs for you hun, the good thing about Juddd is that its very forgiving just put yesterday behind you and start afresh today, fingers crossed for you on the work front too x
 
Thanks! Was having a good old pity party last night wasn't I?! Lol.

My UD today is gonna be filled with lovely healthy food I can't wait :)

I'm dying to WI but I'm holding off as I still need to 'go' if you catch my drift ;)

I feel super heavy! Will report back asap!

I've lost 2.5 lbs, I'm actually amazed.

I've had 2 proper DDs sticking to my 395 cals, 2 IDs and 4 UDs( where I think I've gone over cals on 2 of them) and still lost weight!

I'm now 9st12.5!woooohhhhh!

I'm in a flat abs challenge on here, we are meant to do 20 mins of abs work 5 times a week but I've been slacking this week tbh. Was doing Davina abs, kettlebells and pilates. It was over 6 weeks and this is the last week so I need to put in 100%. I have some progress pics I might post at some point if anyone is interested :)

Yesterday I went a walk down to shop rather than taking the car, I really should do more exercise though!

Thanks for the congrats everyone :) I still have a really sore stomach from the weekend carnage so I'm laying off the sugar and carbs today!

WOW and amazing and fabulous, congrats! This diet is just beyond great! I may have that ice cream today after all ;-) Enjoy basking in the happy news (and in ur slimmer self!) xxx
 
Thanks chick are you back from your holiday yet?

Ive just had 3 scrambled eggs and a few grapes and strawbs for my brekkie and honestly my stomach is in agony. I'm happy to have lost weight but the junk ive eaten this weekend won't be repeated anytime soon!

Need some motivation to get up and get some good exercise in today, here's some pics from my ab challenge- one at the start and then after 3 weeks- hadnt lost any weight so it was just toning. Slight difference I think.

Babe you can def see a huge difference, ur ab fab lol! I have some pics somewhere of my abs begining of july when i was doing loads on them and they looked great, now they have vanished lol. U've inspired me to crack on when im home though :)

Im leaving tomoz morning so back mid afternoon weds uk time. Wonderig how i will manage back in the real world but hopefully i'll have a good loss which'll spur me on.
Know exactly what u mean about ur tum. My last binges before i finally packed in cambridge for juddd made me feel awful. I was actually really quite ill once (in a field whilst out for a run!) and thats what made me think enough! Havent binged since, i think there is that kind of pivotal moment for us all that makes us not do it again so guess u can lk at it as a positive thing in that respect xxx
 
WOW I can definitely see the difference you're in great shape. I need to join a gym :(
