Breakfast - 2 soft boiled eggs

Lunch - Tesco lean steak strips, Tesco beansprout stir fry, sweet chilli sauce (2), grapes, strawberry Muller Greek style yoghurt (0.5)

Dinner - Roast chicken (no skin), bulgur wheat, frozen mixed vegetables, chicken stock cube.

Drinks - Water, fresh black coffee, tea (hexa milk)

Breakfast - 2 eggs. Apple. Grapes.
Lunch - 4 ryvita crisp breads (b). Low Fat cottage cheese. Strawberries. Low Fat sainsburys yoghurt (1.5). Silverskin pickled onions.
Dinner - Extra lean steak. Peppercorn sauce (5). Broccoli. New potatoes.
Snacks - Aldi chocolate bar (5.5)
Drinks - Tea with 1% milk (a). Black fresh coffee. Water. Sweetener.
