for the first time i tried to do something with not that many calories but still tasty...

4 portions:

Prepared two strawberry jelly

I took one strawberry jelly and mixed it with small fromage frais, left in the fridge until it was set...

Crushed three digestive biscuits in a food processor (or put in a plastic bag and bash with a rolling pin) and splitted equally between four glasses. One is 70 kcl, 210 kcl/4= 52 kcl per dessert 2,5 syns

Put Fromage Frais with jelly on the biscuits layer and covered it with few strawberries, then covered with second strawberry jelly prepared earlier and few strawberries.

Sunday dinner

Pictures, my boyfriend absolutely loved it! Yes, once he heard KFC chicken, he said he was eating with me no matter what...:family2:

It was great...good that i have done 4 portions and will have one more to eat tomorrow, I have added whipped cream so additional 1 syn per portion...which gives 3,5 syn together...

to whip the cream I have used single light cream, used 1/5 of cup which is 50 ml and 60 calories = 4 spoons, I have used one spoon per portion on the top of the dessert
 
Forgot to update the weight and the ticker...2 lbs lost whoop whoop!:D

Monday

Breakfast: two scramble eggs with tomatoes and two slices of ww brown bread
Orange and Lipton apple and cinnamon

Fruit box: strawberries apple nectarine pink grape fruit which I absolutely love this week .. I am a bit of weirdo ... Has a different taste every couple of weeks...

Alpen light

Rocket salad with tomatoes and Parmesan :))

Syns :-(( roses *3 7,5 syns I think or 6?
Mars fun size 3 syns

Dinner not made yet but absolutely dreaming about SW chips as I have got some KFC chicken left ... Yummy :)

Apart from that I want bed sofa or just blanket as i am soo tired that could sleep on the street if I could...
 
The best potatoes for SW chips are special extra asda ... I really can not see a difference in taste between them and oil fried chips!
 
So it was ... KFC chicken chips :) and coleslaw 1/2 syns for Mayo

Dessert the same as yesterday 3,5 syns

Total syns 13 - 14.5 as I am not sure how much for roses
 
Thinking about tomorrows dinner ... And different desserts with low syn value ...I tried to find a half fat digestives as the one I used on Sunday were 70 calories each! I used three for four portions so it was not that bad however it means that I can work out. The dessert with even lower syn value! heaven :)
 
Decided not to check my weight for couple of days as the mother nature filled my body with water and need to get rid of it first...

Still have no idea what to do for dinner and there are more roses on my desk today !!!!! Ughhh...
 
Had two roses so far :-( they were good though ... My girls picked the purple ones and left it for me :-x I still can not find the right answer about the syn value as some people say it is 2 and some that it is 2,5 ... Crazy!


New buy is shape 0% strawberry and raspberry as I can not really eat the mullers any more apart from vanilla one ... Too much
