Breakfast
I had real problem with breakfast today. I think I spent good 10 minutes in front of the fridge having no idea what to eat! I struggle recently... Can not go only with yogurt as I will be hungry after half an hour...so my breakfast was boring today...

3 WW brown toasts with 1 dairlylea 1/4 HEA & tomatoes

Grapes (whole bunch) :))

Salad box; 1/2 pineapple orange grapes and melon

roses: 1 (so far, they are still on my desk...) 2-2.5 syns updated: 3!!! 7,5 syns!!!

Lunch; broccoli and pasta with 1 dairylea melted when the pasta was hot 1/4 HEA

Dinner: pasta with spinach

tortelloni with mushrooms 150g I think 6 syns

Dinner:

Leczo, old fashion meal originally from Hungary however my mum did it her way...you have few options to choose and do it your way...fills up like a proper stew....I am going to eat it with boiled rice today but made enough for two days so probably will eat it with wedges tomorrow :D

with blueberries and raspberries update I have not eaten the Eton mess as went to bed early no worries though will enjoy it even more today!

I do not know why but I felt really tired recently and even if had 6-7 hour sleep I still did not feel well...:zz::zz:

I looked for the answers on internet (I am a freak and love reading things like that..:sign0163:) and found out that if there is a lack of vitamin B12 in your body you feel really tired...:4635:

I bought them in Holland and Barret and took them two days in a row and really see the difference....I am more awake and not yawning all the time!:sign0151:

Fiber challenge....

I have posted a new thread about high fiber foods as recetly read a lot about the good influence of fiber in our diets, so from now on I will try to eat more high fiber food and will see if I see any difference...:devilangel:
 
I am in heaven.... Had an idea To swap Alpen light for something else and It was so yummy!!!

My new lunch snack is: Weetabix with activia yogurt and frozen fruits / mixed berries

I took them in a plastic box so they were defrosted by 11 added activia yogurt and crunchy Weetabix it was so good!!!

I am exactly the same atm, might have to give these a go.

 
Hi Hun! I have been taking it fir couple of days and really see the difference I am more awake and not thinking about going to bed straight after work

It was that bad that I was on red bulls in work as the job I am doing need me to be focused all the time!

sliced cabbage with carrots and red onion

garlic sauce: 3 TBSP FF yogurt, garlic (6cloves) salt pepper dill and sweetener
