I have not lost anything for last two weeks!!!!:cry::cry::cry:

My weight is stuck! It is not fair!!

I even bought a new scale...still the same!

2 WW Brown Toasts 2/3 HexB with three grilled bacons and 'fried' egg

17g milka choc 4,5 syns

5 peaches while watching two Harry Potter films while my bf was snacking on kettle chips :cry:

weetabix 1/2 HexB2 with activia yogurt and mixed berries

dinner: beef stew with sauerkraft

cinema without popcorn again!!!!:D New Harry Potter was awesome!

Finished the evening with a pint though...in F&B however was so tempted to eat and did not do it! 11 syns

My ankle is good again so tried myself outside today and I did 3.8 miles ..it was difficult though!!!! After more than two months break and running only in the gym...

I got myself new music to my iPhone and got few rounds near my flat! I hope that I can be back to running for good and that will boost my weight loss :)

P.S I am not hungry at all after running ... I am always like that even if coming back from the gym I can not eat... Did not have anything proper today though...

Just forced an apple

As I had only few syns today... I can treat myself with some wine as there is no WORK tomorrow whoopee!

Two days update

The good news is I lost....

Bad news is I felt really bad yesterday...in fact sh*t to be honest...

I started shaking in work which scared me really bad and I had Special K double choc and weetabix strawberry straight away to get myself something diff than fruits...which I had to syn....so I am not proud of myself for how it went yesterday and probably my loss is already gone...

But anyway I lost....should be focusing on that...:D

i have not been here for a wekk...

I have been working till 20:00 sometimes...

had some family problems...

had a flu....

all of these above gave me a gain...so i am back at 136,6 (62 kg)

but what I am happy of is that I still went to the gym after so many hours of work....so could have been worse...x
