Thanks everyone! Going to keep doing a couple of red days here.and there to help along the process! Off to London for a training day today! They supply lunch so I can't really control but will choose best option I can. Also means I cant go for my lunchtime jog and can't go this eve as have to wait for food shopping. Will fit it in another day though :)

Thursday GREEN day

How was your training day today hun? x

Yeh, it wasn't too bad ta. Finished early so only had a half day! Managed to avoid beef pies, fatty meatballs and cheesy tarts but did have a cookie, not too bad though :)

Plus because I had time to kill I thought I'd do a bit of shopping. Its been ages since I've even fitted into anything in H&M but yesterday I was able to buy 2 in a size 14! Massive motivation and happy days!

I always made a massive step and put in an offer on the house we like so everyone cross everything for me! haha x
 
Today definitely needs to be a red day. I feel bloated (I swear this is the longest star week ever!) forgot my sports bra and trainers so no jog today but will go for a powerwalk instead. Off to London AGAIN for, you guessed it, another gig! The booze is so so so tempting today, I'm craving so bad but I shall resist both for money and weightloss/sanity

Chicken jalfrezi sounds very nice x

It's a firm fave in the flat! I use the recipe from the book of sauces but leave out the pineapple as not a fan and makes it synfree. Today's food has been SO yum! :D Oreo ice cream is the best ten.syns ever! X

The ice cream did look nice like! I've never had Oreos. I love pineapple but don't like sweet and savoury together so would probably leave it out too x
