While flicking thought the channels the other day i have stumbled upon the fitness channel.

the do about 7 or 8 1hour slots a day of exersize routines that range from really easy to pretty intence workouts!
i have recoreded a few and i am going to give them a go over the next few weeks as part of my body magic but i was just wondering if anyone else has used this at all before?
