Ah thanks a million.

Yeah back on track with a vengenace today. Loosing that has really pushed me to do well this week and be 13 stone by end of month.. Then will set the next target...
 
Green day today but really feel under stress with work, so if I dont go to bed early think I will completely blow my good work so far...

B: Porridge made with water and skimmed milk

S: Apple & Kiwi

L: Couscous with a large salad, ryvita wholemeal crackers x 3

S: Alpen light, orange

D: Baked potato, mushy peas, cheese, green beans & broccoli

S: Grapes, Malteaser bunny

Hexa: Milk & cheese
Hexb: Porridge & crackers/alpen light
Syns: Ainsley Harriot Cous cous 1.5 syns & Malteaser bunny 8 syns

Hmm...What to do, what to do...

Feeling your pain hun - had a terrible day in work myself yesterday :( But after a nice hot bath and a chillax (albeit not until 9pm) I did eventually feel better and was asleep by 11pm.

Cup of herbal tea?
 
Would need a bath of herbal tea....lol

Ah just one of those days! What doesnt kill ya makes ya stronger :p
 
Another green day today..same as yesterday and will have ate 12 syns and my Hexs...

Work is really stressing me out. Changed jobs a few months and to be honest probably wasnt the wisest move to make. The women that work there are so catty and clicky that the atmosphere is terrible.
So unhelpful and act like the want to see you fail.

Think its time to start job hunting again :-(

That's such a shame hun :( I moved job last May but luckily this one is better - full of lovely supportive people which makes such a difference!

I hope you find your happy place soon x

Its funny isnt it how work can affect us, its really made more aware though how my emotions affect how I eat.

Oh well I can always change my weight, but once a nasty piece of work then always one...

D: Baked potato, mushy peas, cheese and scrambled egg with spring onions..... Weird combination but was yummy...

S: Apricot, malteaser bunny

Hexa: Milk and cheese
Hexb: Porridge and alpen light/crackers
Syns: 8

4 mile walk... Knackered now but happy that I got some exercise in...

Not a great day, have gone over in points by about 8. Hoping wont go over any more.

Arranged an interview for next week. Hubby thinks Im mental, that its too soon but I might regret it if I dont....

S: Cherry tomatoes, spring onion, 1 exl. laughing cow triangle

T: Stirfry veg, sweet chilli sauce

So thats Hex's used, going to use syns on some vino!!!!

Not a bad day but just feel like Im picking all day....
 
EE day today:

B: Mullerlite and large fruit salad and alpen light

S: Pineapple and melon

D: Ww sausages x 2, lean bacon x 1, egg x 1, mushrooms, onion and mushy peas with sw chips

S: Melon and apple

T: Toasted ham and cheese sandwich with large salad and lf crisps

Hexa: cheese
Hexb: bread

Syns: Ww sausages (2 syns??), Alpen light (3 syns), Low fat crisps (5 syns)

Going to have a hot choc later and maybe some strawberries..Will still be within syns.

Went for a lovely long walk this morning with hubby and son.. Itching to go for another walk so may head for out in a while. Weigh in tomorrow morning so hoping to have a loss... Have been eating most of my syns and hexs but feel like my portion sizes may have been a bit over the top...
Ah well I know what I have to focus on for week ahead....

Plan for tomorrow :
Will get at least a 3 mile walk in tomorrow evening....

Will watch portion sizes and try to drink 2 ltrs of water....

And try to remember that this is going to take time and not get frustrated and then want to pick.

Everything eaten MUST be written down....

Looking forward to going for a walk later on.
 
Gratz sleepymum! 1lb off is definitely in the right direction! I agree completely with what you say about trying to focus on the long term, rather than cravings and munchies. It can be blinking hard, but we'll all get there xxx
