Hi all, I have started slim fast today but have been on slimming world for ages. Basically I'm using it to boost my loss as I've been hovering for a while. I was wondering if anyone else is doing or has done this and if it has worked? I'm planning on staying otherwise 'on plan' with slimming world. Do you think that'll work as obviously with the shakes i'm having tonnes of syns over my normal hexa.
