Started on Saturday , having 2 shakes, a meal roughly 600 cals and then snacks to make up the rest of the calories


Today

Strawberry shake

Chocolate shake

60g boil in bag rice
1/2 jar asda curry sauce
Mushrooms and onions
1/2 chicken breast

3x skips
Mints

Total calories for today 1223
 
Ooh im the same hight as you and want the same goal weigh! im just a little heavier at the moment :(

I'm doing ok but stayed the same on sat when I weighed myself, but I had been having crisps n choc as snacks so have changed it to more healthier options like yogurts n crackers n cheese n home made soup etc lol hopefully lose something this week as I really like the shakes!! Lol how u finding it xxx
 
Here's to next week weigh in. I way on Thursday but had a sneaky weigh this morning and I've lost 4lbs!!!!!!!!! I'm gob smacked hopefully it will stay that way when weigh in comes round on Thursday :)

Jacket potatoes, beans, bacon( no fat) poached eggs, chicken, mushrooms, noodles, Thai curry etc. snacks cup a soup, nibbles of cheese. :)

Hey chick. I've only managed one shake today :/ and I have chilli chicken and noddles. Also had some cheese a slice of nimble bread and a cup a soup. Weigh day tomorrow!!! :)
 
Good luck for tomoz, can't wait to see how much uv lost! I am still the same I really don't understand how I haven't lost ??
 
I not sure either sorry sweet? I've lost 5lbs and a bit lol new weight is 9st 9.75lbs good luck for Saturday perhaps it will have come off by then. X

Stayed the same again lol ate crap n drank lots yesterday. Trying another week of it though xx
 
At least it wasn't a gain. Here's to another week! I can feel a gain for me this week :'(

Stayed the same!!! Cnt complain really as sat sun mon I ate lots of junk!!! So 100% week this week
 
Today has been on track.... Iv decided to eat meals instead of shakes unless I'm on the go or in work etc which 60% of the time i am haha anyways

Didn't wake up till 11pm as was workin till 12 last night

Shake at 12

Finished work at 6 - stole 1/2 mums dinner kebab salad n sauce oops roughly 700 cals

Chicken tikka meat without nan, salad and sauce roughly 500 cals

Mini twister ice lolly - 36 cals

100 cal ice cream from asda

I also done 1 hour of pump it up dvd estimated cals burned 348

Not the best day but least I done a work out!!

Also drank 3 pints of water yey
 
Sunday I'm having


Weetabix x2 - 134 cals
250 skim milk - 88 cals

2 wholemeal toast - 106
30g cheese - 125 cals

Chicken breast - 100 cals
Peppers, mushrooms, onions - 70 cals
Spice mix 1/2 pack - 52 cals

2 slimfast snacks - 180 cals

Work out DVD burns 348
3 pints water

How you doing? I have some slim fast leftover and I've gained this week so thinking of doing it to give me a boost ready for my holiday next week, I'd love to have you as friends so we can help each other xxx
