Slim n Save or Shake that weight

I am about to start a Vlcd diet but i'm not sure which one to start with between slim n save or shake that weight.I want opinions based on taste and price.

I'm on exante and would recommend them, as long as you don't go for their soups. They always seem to have some kind of offer on so it works out pretty cheap. The cherry and almond bars are amazing.
