Slimfast/Ultraslim/Asdas Own

Was wondering how all these compare? Looks like i'll be coming back to SF or similiar for a while as can't carry on with VLCD due to health issues.

All opinions appreciated

I have tried all of them and quite often mix n match! Ultraslim ready made shakes are the yummiest and I really like ASDA measure up ones as well. Prefer SLimfast powder but its just personal preference on taste more than anything else!
I too came off a VLCD and am back on SF (or equivalent!!)
