im an idiot had WI yesterday forgot to take coat and cardi off doh. Didn't realised till I got my shoes on, couldn't get my head around that I had put 0.5 lbs on. No wonder. Oh well hopefully get a good result next week.

thank you my target weight is 9st 7 which I want to be for when I try my wedding dress on again. Which will be the beginning if April. But I would like to get under that if poss for being at Greece the week before the wedding.

my starting weight was 11st 1lb
 
Thanks :) he is just getting over the bug today, still wont eat though! Hoping we can haves good weekend before he goes back skool, he Deffo deserves it!!
