Slimming World Alfredo Sauce

Hi all,

Looking for an opinion on the following syn value on this Sauce I made for pasta this evening! It was so good:

Chicken stock
230ml Milk
Garlic
Frylight
1tbsp wholemeal flour

I make it out to be 1 syn but would value other opinions?

I make it 2 syns for 1tbsp of wholemeal flour, I'm assuming your using your hex a for the milk?

Yeah HXA but if not then add 3 syns because that Sauce was for 2?

Just can't believe how tasty it was for hardly any syns lol.
