I think I will use it for valentines day :) Today I am having ; Monday week 15 ????? Homemade pot noodles 2 Clems Pear Mikado 1.5 syns Dried fruit 4.5 syns image-3827457950.jpg SW bacon burger Roll heb SW chips Coleslaw 6 syns

Boxed up half them noodles for tomorrow as to much once in the plate forgot I wasn't cooking for two :(

I'm in a bits and doey mood

Have my own ice lollys in the freezer this afternoon to freeze 1/2 a syn each

Peanut hottie cheesecake in the halogen oven 2 syns a slice

Burgers made ready on the grill to be cooked

BBQ relish sauce simmering

Chips ready to go

Preparation is key - eat yourself slim as my consultant says :)

Part of my collection of teas have been downsized into a tin - I love organic herbal type teas, hot choc and flavoured coffees :)

I'm trying a new snack strategy this week wit worth dried fruit and nuts plus mikados which are 1/2 a syn each and not to bad ;)

Hifi bars for heb all kinda geared towards fibre ;)

Dinner has changed to a jacket potato with ham and 20g grated lighter cheese and side salad :)

Walking I burned 275 calories today yayy that's awesome tomorrow should be more as I'm taking mum to hospital appointment and then doing step aerobics later whoop x

The mil just laid a major guilt trip on me and I now feel wretched - depression cloud over hanging - why do people think that's the right course of action!!

We are adults we have our own minds and are capable of making firm decisions. If we have decided upon something have respect enough for us actually knowing what is right for is!!

Grr sorry for rant - I don't want to cause any trouble I am just in the middles of a rock and a hard stone.
 
Did a poached egg should have stuck to boiling it - no picture it did not end week

Sorry to hear about your family troubles, sometimes people think they know best even when they don't! I've never successfully made a poached egg, glad I'm not alone in my egg disasters! Your lunch looks yummy. What fish are you using for your fakeaway?

I have cod fillets I'm going to try the recipe in the fakeaway book I'm hoping it will be nice lol

It's mainly two eggs separated , whip the whites until stuff then whip the yolks then fold them into each other with salt

You spoon into the fish and oven bake do fingers crossed for that one - it looks nice in the book lol
